Breeana Danielle Essrig
Breeana Danielle "Bree" Essrig (born April 21, 1990) is an American actress, writer, host and online personality well-known for her humorous writing as well as appearances on the (now now defunct) news and current affairs series SourceFed. SourceFed launched Essrig as a host in 2015. She was later promoted to appear in the daily #whatshappening Twitter series in 2017. In 2013, Essrig came out publicly as bisexual on The Rubin Report. Since then, she has been a prominent advocate against bullying as well as other forms of sexual assault like bi-erasure, body shame, and body shaming. Essrig was a cohost on The Young Turks news and PopTrigger pop culture channel between 2012 and 2015 and was a host/writer at SourceFed in 2015-2017. She has appeared as guest host on various websites. Elizabeth Banks' humor website WhoHaha featured her. In 2017, Essrig was nominated to the Shorty Award for Best Comedian. She has made appearances at events and conventions as a celebrity influencer guest and host as well as a commentator. She was present on BlackBoxTV Presents.
